The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop interactive and insightful stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) based on business user requirements
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their requirements and implement them in SAC
- Configure and customize dashboards, charts, filters, and other visualization elements in SAC
- Ensure data integrity and quality in SAC through appropriate data modeling and preparation
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAC storyboards to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Train and support users in utilizing SAC stories and functionalities
- Evaluate new features and capabilities in SAC and recommend enhancements or extensions
- Enhance reporting packages for local/regional business partners based on central requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that reports are created on time and with high quality.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance or business.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling Area.
- Experience in working in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and designing stories in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and preparation
- Understanding of business processes and interrelationships
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, or other relevant technologies is advantageous
- Solid Excel functions experience.
- Expertise in analytics and reporting (storytelling, visualization), Power-BI, Tableau, Think-cell, SAP SAC.
- Financial reporting experience delivered in an SSC environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills, data crunching.
- Flexibility and stress resistance, able to cope with big data set.
- Strong team player who can build and motivate a process team.
- Team orientation and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage.
