Specific Responsibilities:
- Track and manage projects, maintain budget and timelines.
- Facilitate the creation of the project budget by gathering resource requirements from all of the roles on the team.
- Understand and agree with all resource decisions (hardware, software, and people) and track the actual expenditure against the plan.
- Manage master project schedules:
- Collect all team schedules, validate them, and integrate them into a master schedule that is tracked and reported to the team and the project sponsor.
- Drive risk management process.
- Identify and communicate project risks.
- Track existing risks and manage their solutions or contingency plans.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation within the team.
- Coordinate tasks between internal team resources and external, customer team resources.
- Effectively engage with customers on an ongoing basis.
- Lead and own the Program Management function.
- Mentors, develops, and coaches other project managers and PMO team members.
- Consult and train customers to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of our solutions.
- Build and support world-class Program Management skills and personnel at Reveleer
- Ensure closure of all administrative systems on project completions.
- Establishes and maintains a Base Release Project Plan (BRPP) with activities, WBS, and milestones.
- Contributes to the establishment and maintenance of the SDLC model and process flow.
- Developing, auditing, monitoring, and enforcing established release management processes and policies in support of cross-domain configuration integration, testing, completeness, and consistency.
- Drives process quality assurance.
- Ensures that the project team adopts processes that focus on meeting the overall project quality goals, with an emphasis on eliminating sources of inefficiencies.
- Defines the key project processes to be used by the team and provide advice and guidance to the team on their implementation.
- Define project protocols and processes in line with the project design.
- Provide advice and guidance on effective implementation of the project processes; validate compliance with processes; undertake milestone reviews; monitor compliance; recommend process improvements.
- Assist customers with service requests during software implementation.
- This may include running reports and preparing product deliverables.
- This role typically ends at the conclusion of the implementation when the account transitions to Account Management.
- Identify potential new product enhancements based on customer requests and feedback.
- Document and communicate new product enhancement requests to the product team.
Qualifications and Qualities:
The Implementation Project Manager shall be technically sound, with a broad base of knowledge and experience, and the ability to relate technical issues to the underlying needs of the business. While the project manager may rely on the development and support teams for expertise on the specific technologies being used in the solution, they must be able to grasp the implications of those technical details very rapidly and understand their inter-relationships and their impact on the environment into which the solution will be deployed. The Implementation Project Manager must also be able to discuss those impacts with the customer to resolve rapidly any conflicts between the proposed solution and the existing enterprise architecture.
- Experience in managing a Project or Program Management Office in a corporate, technical environment.
- Must have a minimum of four years of experience in managing business systems implementation projects, preferably in the Healthcare Insurance industry.
- Must have strong project management skills. PMI certification (or equivalent) is required.
- Must possess strong business and technical writing abilities, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with the healthcare insurance industry required.
- Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs on time
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on crucial program objectives and understand the impact to various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Health Administration.
- Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Salesforce, and Jira (Atlassian). Experience with M-Files is a plus.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction, and drive process using indirect authority.
- Demonstrated skills in building effective relationships and influencing at all levels across the enterprise.

SALARY RANGE : $100,000 – $125,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
