About the Role:
β˜… Respond to all types of customer enquiries.Taking ownership with a proactive and
positive approach to provide first time resolution and customer satisfaction using
excellent customer service skills.
β˜… Potential to handle customer email correspondence.
β˜… Application assistance, general queries and refunds.
β˜… Always working in line with GDPR to ensure compliance with data protection and
information safety.
β˜… Accurately record, store, input and update information into the relevant system and
ensure all records and systems are up to date.
β˜… Consistently deliver customer service targets and service standard targets.
β˜… Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer focused
approach at all times.
β˜… High level of customer focus, following all agreed customer service procedures.
β˜… Support and assist your colleagues, sharing knowledge and understanding.
β˜… Have a clear understanding of performance targets including SLAs/targets/KPIs and to
fully participate in feedback sessions with your Line Manager to support your
development.
β˜… To undertake any other duties as required within your role. We encourage all Team
Members to support and collaborate with the wider Novacroft Team to deliver and
develop our business goals.

centre.

β˜… You have strong common sense.

β˜… You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

β˜… You have a flexible approach to work.

β˜… You have a proactive approach to handling and resolving difficult situations with

customers.

β˜… You are confident using various systems including Microsoft Office, Google applications,

and Microsoft Dynamics

β˜… You have a positive approach to problem solving.

β˜… You are passionate about your development and learning new skills

β˜… You thrive on working in a fast paced, high volume contact centre environment.
