German SpeakingCustomer Support Representative
Location:Budapest(HQ in9th district) – Two office day per week
Requirements:
High School degree Fluent Germanlanguage skills Upper-intermediate English skills 1 year of experience in customer service Open for working in shifts – service window: M- F: 8AM-8PM Flexible, anddynamic personality Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, yourresponsibilitieswill be:
Oversee important client relations, guarantee top-notch service, and regularly meet face-to-face with clients Handle phone inquiries, ensuring alternative products are suggested when needed Manage the group mailbox to process orders daily and address inquiries promptly Create tickets for updating customer data and handle credit notes for pricing or delivery issues Log all customer feedback promptly, follow up on tickets, and provide timely responses Coordinate with the warehouse team for product logistics and customer inquiries Offer swift and precise feedback to the Customer Service Team Leader Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and foster strong relationships with clients, the Commercial team, and other departments.
