Join us as a **Cyber Recovery Service Delivery** on our **Professional Services** team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. **What youll achieve** As a Cyber Recovery Service Delivery you will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a wide range of complex client facing consulting engagements which will enable our customers to protect and maintain the availability of their most critical business processes, applications, and digital assets. As a member of the services delivery team; you will earn your clients trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership guiding the client through advisory, planning, design and execution of high impact strategic business resiliency and cyber recovery initiatives.

  • Demonstrate passion, ownership, and accountability with a thirst for world class consulting
  • Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge to assist our customers in execution of their most critical business resiliency initiatives
  • Be responsible for enterprise wide client facing resiliency projects and programs as the lead technical SME in partnership with our project and program management organization
  • Partner with service product management teams to enhance and develop business resiliency delivery collateral and toolkits , as well as, work in alignment with other consulting team members to determine the best solution options to solve our customers challenges

  • *Essential Requirements**
  • 12+ years of professional experience in a client facing services delivery role with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Experience with DellEMC products
  • Recent experience with client facing professional services delivery from presentations, documentation, workshops, and interviews to full scale enterprise wide technology services delivery
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts, build consensus and deliver high quality work products

* Familiarization with / command of:

  • Enterprise architecture, infrastructure (network, storage, compute) as well as backup and replication technologies
  • Legacy (including Mainframe) & modern application and database architectures with focus on availability and recovery concepts
  • Ability to travel domestically 50% or more (post pandemic)
  • *Desirable Requirements**
  • Experience with Dell Technologies products is a plus (Data Domain, PowerProtect, Avamar, Networker, PowerMax, VMAX, RecoverPoint, SRDF, PowerScale/Isilon, and SyncIQ )
  • Technical and Industry Certifications (CBCP, MBCP, CISSP, TOGAF, VMware VCP, CCNA, Microsoft, Dell/EMC or similar)
