The Enterprise Information Security Team is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer – Cloud SOC/CASB to join Zions Bancorporation.The Cybersecurity Engineer will work with the team to Improve the CASB/DLP maturity and will also have the opportunity to be involved in many other aspects of the Cyber Engineering team Structured & Unstructured Data Protection. Responsibilities:

  • Design and support data security-related functions and controls including:
  • Work with data loss prevention controls
  • Monitor systems for data movement on endpoints
  • Research and analyze data movement and exfiltration through email, web traffic, database usage, endpoint, vendor connections, SaaS applications, cloud storage solutions, and others
  • Manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Partner with teammates and other security teams to research, assess, and recommend improvements of control environments
  • Analyze system events for diagnosis, trending, and measuring of system health, capacity, configuration efficiency and metric and analytic development
  • Participate in incident response teams to help in analyzing, containing, and coordinating elements of security incidents
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related professional experience with Cloud SOC/CASB type tools
  • Experience deploying and administrating cloud access security broker solutions
  • Integration of CASB tools with DLP tools and reporting systems (SEIMs)
  • Experience as aWeb Cloud Access Security Broker
  • Knowledge of network security, application security, programming, systems analysis procedures, operating systems
  • Experience with web proxy tools, such as Symantec BlueCoat, Symantec Web Security Service (WSS), Symantec Cloud Access Security Broker is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences from technical to executive management.
  • Organizational and project management skills with a successful track record in delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Experience providing exceptional customer-focus, with the ability to manage expectations, provide a superior user experience and build long-term relationships
  • Requires a bachelor’s in information technology, computer science, business or a related technical field and 2+ years of experience in information security, server and/or application security baseline configurations, IT infrastructure management, application architecture, risk management, data architecture, middleware technology, developing and implementing security products/systems or other directly related technical experience
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
  • Relevant professional certifications: Security +, SAN’s or equivalent is a plus

Location: This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or will be a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) if you are within 50 miles of the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
