You will demonstrate exceptional customer service, and organizational and process improvement skills and have a passion for helping our clients reduce organizational risk in creative ways. + Prepare creative and relevant templates for monthly Anti-Phishing simulation exercises + Coordinate with customers regarding campaign scenarios, dates, and target list selection + Schedule, run, and monitor phishing exercises + Analyze results of phishing campaigns and prepare detailed and summary-level reporting + Create and deliver ad hoc reporting, as requested + Ensure compliance with phishing training policies + Evaluate methods to determine why clickers click and put forth positive recommendations to encourage increased awareness in the user community + Liaise between the client and the phishing tool vendor to recommend, pilot, and roll out new capabilities + Help develop and deliver training to end-users, including email comm To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
