An Italian or German-speaking Dynamics Key User position is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in Budapest.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for D365-related questions and issues.
- Facilitate communication between country management, sales teams, and IT.
- Provide training on D365 functionality.
- Ensure data integrity in CRM System.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in D365 and understanding of business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- German or Italian language knowledge.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills.
