Primary Responsibilities: Develop visualization dashboards and reports for data analytics. Support Capitation department at all levels for planning and insight into monthly Cap payment, eligibility, and growth of providers and membership Maintain monthly data analytic production reports using Python, Snowflake, SQL, Excel and Access Perform high level and detail analysis on all levels of Capitation data across UnitedHealthcare & Optum Capitation data sources Have the healthcare industry experience and knowledge necessary to extract, analyze and work within the data to return the requested reports at various levels for both internal and external clients Analyze Capitation from different data sources and identify data integrity issues in terms of submissions, reconciliation and provider detail Work with staff and customers to develop new and modify existing process documentation and templates to enhance more meaningful and accurate reporting targets Analyzes and investigates Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 4+ years of experience with PowerBI, Tableau or dashboard design 2+ years of technical analytics experience 2+ years of experience with SQL Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare industry experience 1+ years of experience with Excel, Excel Macros and Access *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
