We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Business Operations Intelligence (BOI) team.

In this role, you will support the BID Supply Chain and Operations team by delivering flawless data analysis, solutions, and insights. Working closely with the BID Senior Data Partner, you will mine data for valuable insights and contribute to the key strategies of the BID business. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop scalable, data-driven solutions and support the growth of our Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, data-driven solutions and insights to support business strategies and goals.
  • Use SQL and Power BI tools to address immediate and complex data analytics needs.
  • Embrace a customer-focused approach to analyze data and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions to implement solutions that add measurable value to Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Data Partner to understand business priorities and support needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics.
  • Offer training and support to enable business users to effectively use analytics tools and interpret data insights.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in data mining for business insights and optimization, with proficiency in SQL, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of supply chain metrics and operations, with basic project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, persuade others, and actively identify new opportunities and perspectives.
  • Exceptional data accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Independent work capability, adaptability to a matrix and multi-functional environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
