Data Architect-contractor

Our banking partner is looking for a Freelancer Data Architect for a long-term project.

Your new role

The main purpose of this position is to ensure that data is managed properly and meets business needs for information. This involves creating a blueprint or framework that defines how data is stored, organized, integrated, and accessed across the organization, while also enforcing adherence to data management standards.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data initiatives and ensure alignment to the enterprise data strategy. • Facilitate and promote the design and development of high-quality data artifacts within the data architecture to meet current and future business data and information needs. • Assist in the design, development and implementation of enterprise information data flows and overall data management leading practices in a complex environment. • Checks and validates the implementation of the solutions, technical documentation and technical deliverables required for releasing in production. • Partner with Data Governance functions to ensure scope, validity, accuracy and completeness of any requirements related to data. Responsibilities:

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing database to retrieve and store company information • 3+ years of experience in designing conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts • 5+ years in IT, data analysis, data processing, data management • In-depth knowledge of industry standard techniques for data processing, data management, data delivery, data mining, data analysis; • Proven experience in architecting and implementing Data warehouse platforms, Business Intelligence solutions, Master data Management solutions, data integration and OLTP database solutions. • Deep knowledge of Kimball and Inmon approaches and the core differences
