Job description

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator, In addition to office admin duties, this position will provide information and handle special projects, meeting and event facilitation. Ideal candidate will possess all the qualifications required of the job, is dependable and motivated, is highly organized, and is able to meet deadlines and learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for various executive & personal administration tasks, including but not limited to the following:

Strong understanding of contracts, leases and other legal documentation

Utilize proficiency in MS Office Suites, Word and Excel

Organize and maintain secure, accurate, accessible and easily retrievable files

Be pro-active, precise with communications, and discrete in all tasks

Assist President with personal assistant responsibilities – includes Run Errands, some booking of travel for the family

Must be able to handle intricate scheduling and assure follow up on tasks

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Self-Starter with strong organizational savvy, positive attitude and drive
