The Data Management Analystmonitors and provides pertinent data collection reports, manages and tracks program invoicing, and oversees other program support areas. Monitor and provide pertinent data collection reports that provide the community with outcome measures and quality assurance/quality improvement of programs. Manage the data collection reports and provide them in a useful format. Manage the inputting of required data into internal and external databases. Establish and maintain procedures to supply information for outcome measures including Client Satisfaction Surveys, case audits, Foster Parent Surveys, etc. Establish and maintain effective mechanisms to facilitate the delivery of timely invoices and/or reports to internal and external customers to ensure contract compliance. Process and code bills, payments and/or invoices and assist the Finance department as needed. Initiate submission of and track funding requests. Manage and maintain provider and/or contract records and files. Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external customer data management needs. Manage and/or provide assistance to other program support areas and program management. Establish and maintain effective mechanisms to promote timely problem identification and resolution. Establish and maintain ongoing quality improvement activity to monitor services and ensure they are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. 2. Contribute to a positive, engaging work environment. Develop a strong knowledge base and stay current on job-related issues and trends. Participate actively in departmental meetings, training and education, as well as the quality process. Comply with CHS’s code of conduct, policies, procedures and other obligations. Assist with training other team members and providing back up when necessary. Pick up projects on the fly; perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Job Qualifications Education, Licenses & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a statistical, business, or human services field from an accredited university, required. Florida Driver’s License within 30 days from hire is required, along with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle. Experience: Three years’ experience in database management, spreadsheets and word processing, required. Office management or supervisory experience, preferred.
