You will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES . Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor metrics and KPIs in support of operational departments as well as provide insights to leadership Work with internal sales managers to set and monitor production goals for various territories and sales reps Regularly meet with members of management team to refine measurable KPIS, report needs and structures Work with carrier partners to provide data and reporting on in house administered programs Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations and other forms of ad-hoc reporting necessary to support truly data-driven business strategies. Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix issues within existing tools. Support data analytics pipeline. (Data capture, data lake construction, data visualization and overall business analysis) Validate data to guarantee quality, compliance and a positive experience for end users. Identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress against end goal Provide analyses on sales funnel to find bottlenecks in process and increase funnel velocity Work with Finance team on annual setting of targets, quotas, etc. and maintaining them throughout the year Maintain weekly sales forecast Build and maintain phone and email campaigns to support sales and marketing functions within the organization. BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) Microsoft Sql Server experience including writing queries and creating views Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI and administrating Power BI System Expert level Microsoft Excel skills Ability to analyze large datasets and make sense of them in order to find operational improvements and scale 3-5 years of relevant experience & passion for continuous learning and improvement. Experience designing and developing visualizations in QLik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization software A deep understanding of data structures and relational database processes Must be currently authorized to work in the United States Pay Range $80,000 -$115,000 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
