Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and receive feedback.
- Analyze business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Develop machine learning and optimization models, deploying them into production.
- Monitor and enhance existing models.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business issues.
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a Data Science role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python (object-oriented coding) with expertise in Pandas and multiple machine learning packages.
- Strong understanding of Operations Research and experience with at least one solver (preferably Gurobi; familiarity with Cplex, COIN-OR, etc., is a plus).
- Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Google Cloud, and/or other Cloud Providers.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and development tools (VS Code, PyCharm).
- Proven track record in application development and industrialization.
