We are looking for a Data Warehouse Engineer with experience in Data Warehouse Development to join our client’s team – a Scandinavian-based world-leading provider of transport solutions.

In the role of Data Warehouse Engineer, you will dive into the complexities of managing data warehouses while collaborating closely with procurement and purchasing stakeholders.  The project’s primary goal is to unify diverse data sources, necessitating the skill to merge varied datasets while considering various business logic.  Our client’s data infrastructure’s cornerstone is an Oracle-powered data warehouse, where the majority of business rules are applied, alongside a tabular model (SQL Server Analysis Services), ensuring thorough fulfillment of user data needs. They are in transition to move to cloud solutions (Snowflake, Matillion, Gitlab and AWS/Azure)

You might be the perfect match, if you are/have:

◾4+ years experience with   Data Warehouse development and support

◾3+ years experience in cloud technologies (preferably AWS)

Extensive experience with Oracle & ODI

Commercial experience  with Snowflake❄️

◾Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling, data access, and data storage

◾Advanced SQL knowledge (SQL Query Optimization)and experience working with relational databases

◾Working experience with both low-code and high-code environments for ETL, knowledge of  ETL/ELT design and optimization

◾Knowledge of PowerBI, Tabular Editor other BI/DW tools is meriting

◾Basic understanding of git branching, Push and Pull code to and from a git repository

Fluency in English (C1) to work effectively in a multinational team;

Location in Poland for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.
