About the project, Role Overview: In this role, you’ll be an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Your responsibilities, Design architecture of Continuous Delivery solutions for end-to-end CICD pipeline setup of one-click deployments., Work directly with agile Application Development teams to provide daily support aligned with a model of Continuous Delivery., Work closely with Infrastructure Provisioning, Application Development and Operations teams to provide fully automated build and deployment routines for Development, Staging, and Production environments., Promote a Dev Ops culture through building relationships with Development & Operations and driving enhancements to the end-to-end release process., Ensure continuous availability of applications and related integrations in all pre-production environments., Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management including Source Control, Continuous Integration, & Change Management., To participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for cloud solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience in the software industry in building and releasing Java applications., Sound Knowledge of Source Control Tools such as GIT, SVN, TFS and SCM concepts (branching, merging, integration, versioning, etc.), Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins, TFS, Bamboo and TeamCity. Hands-on and a good understanding of DevOps tools and automation framework to build CICD., Proficiency with scripting languages such as Unix Shell, Python, Perl, Groovy and with build tools such as Ant, Maven & Gradle., Experience with software quality and security scans using SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc., Working knowledge of Kubernetes, and Docker., Working knowledge of Ansible/Chef., Working knowledge of DB’s like ORACLE, MySQL etc., Knowledge and experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows 2008, 2012 Operating Systems., Working experience with monitoring tools like OPNET, and/or SPLUNK, or any other., Experience working in Agile environments, Knowledge of debugging the code and logs of languages like Java and Python.
