In 2011, I founded Advocacy Architects, LLC to assist my business clients in managing legislative threats in state capitols across the United States. At Advocacy Architects we’re on a mission to connect local advocates with their lawmakers in order to build a cleaner, greener future for our families.
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to help us expand our project capacity, by leading the tactical execution of all advocacy projects and assists in day-to-day operations tasks so the Senior Team can focus on growing the overall vision of Advocacy Architects.

As our new DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER , you will be working closely with our Senior Team to execute advocacy campaigns across the United States. You’ll also be charged with reviewing and optimizing our advocacy campaign processes and procedures.
YOUR ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION, DEFINED…
🔹 Day-to-Day Management of Advocacy Campaigns (50%) – You’ll lead the execution of our advocacy campaigns with excellence – ensuring every detail aligns to achieve our clients’ campaign expectations.
🔹Improve Advocacy Campaign Processes (20%) – In an effort to continually improve, you’ll be responsible for improving the efficiency of our project fulfillment by optimizing project management outcomes, checklists and SOPs.
🔹Support the Senior Leadership Team (30%) – We’re looking for a utility player that can support the Senior Team, freeing them up to focus on strategic growth activities for the company.
Working Hours ⏰: The hours are flexible, however this position is full-time and no moonlighting is allowed.
