What You’ll Do: CrowdStrike is seeking a Director, Engineering for our Cloud Security Runtime Protection team. This critical role in the organization will be responsible for leading the charge on building innovative solutions leveraging Crowdstrike’s world famous sensor, capture data from millions of sensors deployed in sensitive environments and enable sophisticated security detections across a wide variety of workloads. You will be going deep into the internals of Kubernetes, containers, functions and a variety of modern assets in the world of cloud infrastructure. You will help drive and deliver on the technical strategy and roadmap and will be responsible for mentoring the team. CrowdStrike is growing rapidly and you will be instrumental in the hiring, retaining and growth of our world class engineers. You will work cross functionally with your peers in the engineering organization as well as leaders in sales and product. Your impact is not bounded and you will be enabled to engage and collaborate with various teams and ensure your product’s success.
