Job Description

  • Define target state architecture and develop phased roadmaps that front load business value and deliver critical capabilities to enable digital transformation.
  • Work with Solution architects, Business teams, Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, Developers to define end to end architecture that incorporates application, information, integration, security.
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity on enterprise solution designs.
  • Establish and lead the Dynatrace Enterprise Architecture Council comprised of cross functional representation from R&D, EDE, Business Systems to review changes that impact the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Define business architecture framework (capability models/ assessments, organizational frameworks, process frameworks).
  • Evolve and enable team on technical architecture (state diagrams, systems diagrams, design patterns, integration architecture, data architecture).
  • Provide architecture oversight of application and technology projects and programs.
  • Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model and mentor for other solution and integration architects.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT architecture and/or software delivery experience across multiple disciplines
  • 10+ yrs Salesforce multi-cloud experience including Sales, Revenue, Experience, Services
  • HS Diploma or GED is required

Preferred Requirements:

  • Hands-on experienced technologist with deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, integration design, new/existing product & technology assessments.
  • A customer first mindset to drive architecture that is scalable, secure, cloud first, cost effective and increase business agility.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, and QTC consumption models in B2B context
  • Strong understanding of Architectural Frameworks like TOGAF as well as ability to adapt to new paradigms
  • Deep understanding of Business, Application and Technology Capability model and demonstrable experience driving Architecture around Business Capabilities while working in Agile teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills to both executives, technical architects and developers
  • Experience with public companies is highly preferred
  • Experience with SAS back office technologies including SAP, NS, ZenDesk, Varicent is a plus

Additional Information

DOE, salary $150K – $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
