JOB PURPOSE

Familiarisation with the control engineering systems required for the continuous operation of the production MOL production and auxiliary plants, and independent operation in the long term.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS

You can get to know the processes of device specification and standardization activities and technical failure analysis in this special field, and you can participate in their preparation and implementation. You provide professional support that requires special engineering knowledge. In the longer term, you will be responsible for the application of these processes. You will get to know the standards related to explosion protection, operate and supervise explosion protection systems in the long term. If you have already mastered the knowledge, you can operate the MOL measurement system of production and operations. You can learn how the SAP technical registration system works and then apply your knowledge independently in the designated technology area. You will then review the maintenance instructions and, if necessary, make a proposal for modification. Your task will be to develop a preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment under your supervision and to integrate it into the SAP PM system. In the case of CAPEX and minor-CAPEX projects, you will be responsible for the provision of technical data for existing equipment required for planning, development and licensing, you will participate in the evaluation of plans, the selection of equipment, the professional supervision of implementation and commissioning. You will get to know the processes of the risk-based creation of the spare parts stock, and in the longer term you will be responsible for its review and the updating of the stock levels. You get to know and apply the Change Management System (MOC), comment and propose the acceptability of changes in its area. You will participate in the investigation of malfunctions belonging to your area and the determination of corrective measures. You will be responsible for initiating and executing frequent asset inspection processes. Your task will be to determine the technical and personnel requirements for suppliers, and to conduct regular quality audits of one-service company and its subcontractors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering field with high level knowledge of measurement technology and process control (DCS and PLC) systems

Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems

Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hungarian; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.

Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP), and a willingness to work in an international environment. SAP knowledge – PLC and DCL skills needed.

Type B driver’s license
