TESMO is a US-based full-service Amazon channel management agency. We’ve been in business for 11 years, and work primarily with medium and large established consumer product companies who want to directly manage Amazon.com.

Our clients & our company has grown, and for that, we are looking for an eCommerce Associate to manage our client’s product catalogues and all that it entails. This role is essential for us as the company’s success on Amazon begins and ends with the quality of its catalogue.

As our eCommerce Associate in your first weeks, you will:

  • Report to the Catalogue Manager & work closely with them
  • Work with the other catalogue planners, the Data Team Manager, the Creative Planner, and company leadership (the CTO and CEO) – we’re big on collaboration
  • Undergo intensive training – we have a lot of processes unique to our company that will need to be trained as we go
  • Do incremental tasks
  • Manage product catalogues

Tools we use to manage work & communicate:

  • Slack
  • Asana
  • Zoom
  • Gmail
  • Spreadsheets

As our eCommerce Associate, you need to have:

  • Strong data skills
  • Experience working with data files or data cleanup
  • Experience working with an eCommerce site
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel Spreadsheets with advanced functionalities
  • Demonstrated experience doing detailed work with data/numbers
  • Knowledge of catalogue management
  • Good attention to detail & ability to analyse data
  • Client operations-related skills
  • A university degree
  • Fluent English with emphasis on business English

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with forecasting, modelling and research
  • Experience with Amazon
