Embedded Linux Software Developer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in our instrumentation product development from ideation to deployment for testing the next-generation electric vehicle components
- Being a member of the Hungarian development team, and collaborate with the international agile project team (Scrum)
- Design, implementation and testing of embedded Linux system based measurement device platform
- System configuration and integration of embedded systems
- Documentation of the system components
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in computer engineering / information technology / electrical engineering
- In-depth knowledge in C/C++, experience in Linux based embedded software development on modern ARM architectures (NXP i.MX8 and Xilinx Ultarscale SoC)
- Knowledge in communication standards (CAN / Ethernet / EtherCAT)
- Experience in one of the following technology is advantage: U-Boot, Linux Kernel and the Yocto Project
- Experience in automated testing and CI/CD (e. g. Azure DevOps) is advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German is advantage)
- Open for agile development methods, good communication, presentation skills, strong team player
