With almost 190,000 members, the Munich section of the German Alpine Club is one of the two largest sections in the DAV. We offer our members and interested parties a comprehensive range of services with our extensive alpine program and a wide range of mountaineering services such as equipment and book rental as well as 23 huts in the Eastern Alps, including 11 managed and 12 self-catering huts.

We are looking for an immediate replacement for the office

Employee in the IT department

– also for lateral entry – part-time (30 hours per week).

Your tasks are in particular:

  • Support for all applications related to Microsoft Office 365
  • Support of the hardware of the Munich section and all colleagues including installation and equipment for new colleagues
  • Support and further development of the digital invoice management system
  • Evaluation of membership data, coordination of membership notifications and contributions to umbrella associations and other organizations
  • Support and further development of the ERP system Business Central
  • Support and further development of the section’s own homepage
  • Coordination with the partner section Oberland as IT service provider of the Munich section
  • Coordination on various topics with the DAV federal association and participation in corresponding project groups
  • Collaboration on upcoming special topics and IT projects

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed training in the field of IT or would like to take on new challenges as a career changer.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience with a technical focus
  • You have an affinity and enthusiasm for IT.
  • You are a professional in dealing with the common MS Office programs and at best have knowledge of Navision / Business Central.
  • You are characterized by an independent, self-reliant and reliable way of working.
  • You keep an overview even in stressful situations and are good at prioritizing.
  • You are aware of your responsibilities and can work well in a team
  • You show a high level of motivation and are ready to face the challenges of digitalization with us.
