How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will support information developers with documentation tools, content management, and publishing requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and publishing content on the documentation portal, as well as gaining knowledge about our content management system and eventually handling, developing, and maintaining it.
What will you do?
- Develop XSLT (Transformations) for print and web requirements based on the XML schemas, DTDs.
- Implement XML-based solutions to integrate systems and facilitate data exchange.
- Resolve and address issues pertaining to XML and transformation, guaranteeing data integrity and compatibility.
- Build content packages and publish them to the document delivery portal. Apply and maintain versions, metadata, and taxonomy.
- Conduct quality tests on published content to ensure accurate styles and rendering, compliance with specifications, and compatibility on all supported platforms.
- Engage in portal development initiatives. Construct new pages using HTML/CSS and incorporate JavaScript as needed. Guarantee that all pages align with company and web standards, while adhering to suggested digital strategies.

How will you get here?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in XML, DITA, DITA Open Toolkit, XSLT.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in working with DITA-based content management systems such as RWS (SDL), Astoria.
- Working experience in DevOps, GitHub.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual layouts.
- Eagerness to learn and acquire new technical skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of graphics tools such as Photoshop.
- Knowledge of content management and publishing.
- Knowledge of web frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular.
