What You Will Do: The Enterprise Architect for ERP, Finance, Legal is a critical role responsible for helping map existing digital and business process, identifying necessary process changes, developing technology roadmaps, and acting as a critical resource to support our transformation journey. This role will drive end-to-end visibility of digital technology married to business processes supporting back office functions such as legal, finance, HR, and our ERP transformation and partner closely with business leads to act as a trusted advisor. This key role will enable a successful digital support of these key functions at Pratt and Whitney by developing clear enterprise level technical architectures and standards to ensure successful implementation of solutions, support during the S4 migration, and sustainment and growth of our digital capabilities into the future. This individual will understand and take ownership of the process and interactions between our critical systems, such as our ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and other foundational technology stacks to help create a holistic digital ecosystem. This role will be expected to provide STRONG leadership, overall technical direction to the technology and business teams, and guidance to stakeholders based on enterprise standards. Partner extensively with all parts of the Pratt & Whitney to ensure implementation of digital solutions that serve to streamline the way we work – including but not limited to technical development, validation, technology transfer, and ongoing lifecycle management & support for all parts of P&W. Act as a thought leader, operating across various Technical Platform Areas and provide guidance on a global scale regarding Industry Best Practices for Operations. Demonstrated experience in process mapping, re-architecting, and optimization for digital transformation of major industrial, manufacturing, or A&D organization. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology; OR an Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology. 8+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes acting as a senior solution architect and/or enterprise architect, and leading large scale technology implementations. 6+ years as an enterprise level business/process/technology architect. Past experience working in senior architect roles supporting business functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain. Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews. Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs that support successful digital technology insertion. Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment. Qualifications We Prefer: Ability to build strong relationships to leverage information and insights across key groups. Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise, and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations. Proven track record communicating within cross-functional team of technical resources, QA, and engineers. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
