What You Will Do: The Enterprise Architect, Military Engines position is a key SME responsible for helping map existing digital and business process, identify necessary process changes, develop technology roadmap to support process enhancements, develop guidance and governance for the commercial market space, and become a trusted partner to the business to act as a technology expert and advisor. This role will drive end-to-end visibility of digital technology married to process and partner closely with business leads. This key role will enable successful launches of digital capabilities in the military engines and aftermarket space by developing clear enterprise level technical architectures and standards to define design, build, and sustainment of tools. This individual will understand and take ownership of the process and interactions between major systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, PowerApps, PLM stacks, and other foundational technology stacks to create a holistic digital ecosystem. This role will be expected to provide STRONG leadership, overall technical direction to the technology and business teams, and guidance to stakeholders based on enterprise standards. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) and how to design and develop enterprise architecture standards and approaches for these platforms in the DoD ecosystem. Knowledge of VAULTIS and how to apply/govern these principles in conjuncture with providing guidance to delivery teams developing digital technology solutions to ensure data standards are met and solutions help reduce cost and complexity for P&W. Act as a thought leader, operating across various Technical Platform Areas and provide guidance on a global scale regarding Industry Best Practices. Demonstrated experience in process mapping, re-architecting, and optimization for digital transformation of major industrial, manufacturing, or A&D organization. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes acting as a senior solution architect and/or enterprise architect, and leading large scale technology implementations, including 6+ years as an enterprise level business/process/technology architect; OR an Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes acting as a senior solution architect and/or enterprise architect, and leading large scale technology implementations, including 6+ years as an enterprise level business/process/technology architect. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
