Join the Data team and contribute to our client’s data-driven decision-making processes by developing robust data models that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using the Erwin Data Modeler tool.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical data designs.
- Perform data mapping and normalization to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement best practices.
- Validate data models against business rules and standards.
- Support database design, optimization, and tuning.
- Participate in data governance and data management initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Understanding API integration on the consumption of these data models from Erwin to any UI will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience working as a Data Modeler, with proficiency in the Erwin Data Modeler tool.
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical).
- Experience in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in data modelling or database technologies are a plus.
