Our Requirements:
- Working in Technical Support (2nd or 3rd level)
- Experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system (Event logs, Procmon usage, IIS logs)
- Microsoft IIS Administration and Troubleshooting Experience
- Active Directory/LDAP knowledge
- Team player, self-motivated, eager to learn new things and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service
Nice to have:
- Experience as a software engineer with 2 or more years of experience in C# or C++
- Experience in supporting development (R&D) teams
- Powershell Experience for Implementation, Troubleshooting and Automation
