As an Executive Assistant , you will support Niraj in managing daily tasks and helping to establish the foundation for a new and innovative business. This flexible, long-term opportunity offers the chance to be an integral part of a growing company and gain valuable experience. The role may evolve for motivated individuals, but also provides an excellent part-time EA position for those seeking a fulfilling opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

🧾 Handle financial activities using Xero including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.

📦 Assist with travel needs, such as finding the best options for flights and accommodation, and checking train and travel times within the UK/London.

📑 Executing business processes for lead generation, including identifying prospects and crafting approaches through email, LinkedIn, and direct letters.

💼 Responsible for documenting SOPs as they are created and conducting research on a wide variety of topics, including sometimes making phone calls to UK companies for information e.g finding out hotels’ packages to host events.

📊 Additionally, the candidate will be expected to complete any other varied tasks across Niraj’s other related business interests.

Working Hours ⏰: The role requires part-time availability, with work hours set from Monday to Thursday, 12 pm to 4 pm UK time. On Fridays, the schedule adjusts to 10 am to 2 pm.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

✅ Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.

✅ Experience with bookkeeping and accounts, and generally great with numbers.

✅ Either experience with Xero or ability to learn how to use it quickly.

✅ Experience in documenting SOPs.

✅ Experience making phone calls in English.

✅ Able to work from home without distraction.

✅ Able to respond promptly during working hours.
