Now we are looking to hire multiple remote recruiters to continue to drive our success via our new fully remote contract to hire team. This is an opportunity for recruiters genuinely excited by emerging technologies….. and high earning potentials. Our top producers earn between $200k-300k per year. Just like the industry we work with we are looking to hire the best and will be flexible. Compensation is preferably success-based, to reward based on merit. (Exceptions will be made specifically for candidates coming from a salaried internal position from a well known crypto-related organization.) These are contract to hire roles. For the right caliber candidate: we will consider those who wish to start part-time. Until enough placements are made that your income beat’s what you are currently making full-time… Depending upon the roles you support, you could be working both full time and temporary staffing needs and may focus on specific elements of the recruiting process at different times. Skills: Deliver best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency. Proven success filling hard-to-fill roles Skilled at hunting for candidates via Boolean searching, X-Ray searches, Linkedin and networking events Presenting top tier software developers and architects candidates Ability to learn how to recruit new engineering languages to and refine effective sourcing strategies Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems Identify appropriate recruiting strategies and stay up to date with the latest industry tools Proactively source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates Must have a understanding of blockchain, crypto, web3 and smart contracts. Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps and other commonly needed skill sets. Extensive experience with recruiting one or more skills including but not limited to: Rust, Python, Go or JavaScript.
