Full-stack SharePoint Application System Engineer

Job location: Poland, preferably Warsaw

We are seeking Full-stack SharePoint Application System Engineer to join our delivery team, providing end-to-end IT Application Services to a major client, an independent intergovernmental organization. In this role, you will primarily focus on development and providing 3rd level support for SharePoint applications. You will ensure smooth functioning of existing IT systems. This includes addressing bug fixes, implementing minor functional or regulatory changes, and actively participating in software development projects, technical upgrade initiatives, and modernizations within the client’s application ecosystem.

The primary scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Leading development and support for SharePoint applications,
  • Delivery of 3rd level of support,
  • Developing and maintaining required operational documentation,
  • Development, maintenance, and deployment of support procedures within the support team to improve work quality
  • Development and deployment of automation scripts,
  • Collaboration with project teams on implementation of major changes, technical upgrades, and new releases,
  • Gradually developing subject matter expertise for integration products to become team’s expert in that area

We require:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role.
  • Knowledge of below (must have) technology stack/solutions:
  • SharePoint (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.)
  • Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core
  • Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T-SQL knowledge
  • REST API
  • Web Services/Windows Communication Foundation
  • Microsoft ASP .NET MVC
  • Angular
  • JQuery
  • Java Script
  • IIS
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint architecture.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.

We appreciate:

  • Experience in development or support leading roles
  • Experience in following areas: Mongo DB, Telerik – Kendo UI for Angular, Power Pivot, Trusted Gate (usage), Windows Services, Power Shell
  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration
