We are currently seeking an Full Stack Software Engineer in ourRock Island, IL office. As an Full Stack Software Engineer, you will possess a working knowledge of basic programming languages, fundamental understanding of object orientated programming, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. A top-class Full-Stack Software Engineer provides valuable support to the design team while continually improving their coding and design skills. Some key duties and responsibilities include: Assist the Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding; Attend and contribute to company development meetings; Learn the codebase and consistently show improvement in coding skills; Write and maintain code; Address minor bug fixes; Monitor the technical performance of internal systems; Respond to requests from the development team; Gather information from consumers about program functionality; Write reports; Conduct development tests; Write unit tests; Other duties as assigned. Key skills and abilities needed for the position are: Knowledge of databases and operating systems; Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software; Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly; Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment; Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives; Exceptional written and oral communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills; Detail-oriented; Education and experience requirements are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS preferred or equivalent of 4 years’ work experience in a related field required. Knowledge of basic coding languages including C#, HTML5, and JavaScript; Basic programming experience; WPF Framework experience a plus; Jira & Git experience a plus; Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit API experience a plus; Blazor experience a plus. This position is not eligible for sponsorship Salary Range $90,000- $115,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
