For which tasks (responsibilities)?
You will be responsible for

monitoring,

analyzing, and

optimizing
key performance indicators of our games to maximize long-term revenue and enhance player lifecycle efficiency.
Duties:

Analyze large volumes of game data, working both in a team and independently.

Report on key project metrics and identified issues.

Collaborate closely with the game design team.

Develop and test hypotheses for improving game monetization and progression.
-
Identify growth opportunities, organize, and conduct A/B tests for products.
-
Develop and maintain dashboards and SQL queries for reporting.
-
Monitor player activity and provide analytics.
-
Use external analytical services (e.g., AppMagic).
-
Apply statistical methods to forecast user behavior.
-
Evaluate game balance and research user behavior.
-
Maintain a high level of analytical expertise in selected company directions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?

Experience in game development

Experience in organizing and conducting A/B tests for products

Advanced knowledge of SQL for database queries

Up-to-date knowledge of the mobile app market in genres such as hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, and casual

Understanding of player behavior

Creative problem-solving approach

Understanding of Ukrainian: сandidates should have a good understanding of the Ukrainian language. Proficiency in English is not a priority for this role.
