For which tasks (responsibilities)?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create new and support existing Grafana dashboards (internal and client-facing).

  • Perform ad-hoc data extractions upon request (accounts, finances, support).

  • Monitor current metrics and alert on anomalies.

  • Conduct independent research for product insights and respond to specific requests (accounts, product team, support).

  • Generate monthly reports.

  • Develop logging schema for new events (supporting new features, roadmap planning).

  • Research and automate processes for the Account Executive department.

  • Aggregate data (development, airflow).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

EXPECTED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience as  Game/Product data analyst .

  • Deep understanding of user behavior and game mechanics.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL.

  • Experience in BI: development, dashboard support (Tableau/Grafana).

  • Experience in mathematical modeling: KPI development, quantitative assessment of complex processes.

  • High level of independence: transformation of a free description into a task, generation and development of your own hypotheses, prioritization of tasks.

  • Experience with ML for analytical research is a plus.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Presentation skills, consistency.
