Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Auditor to primarily focus on auditing and reporting tasks related to ESFA funding streams within SCL Education Group. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this role involves evaluating our educational programs for compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for all ESFA funding streams.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance audit procedures and documentation that align with the company’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to identify areas for improvement through audits and reviews and contribute to the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to ESFA funding streams.
- Generate regular compliance reports and assist in monitoring compliance metrics for review by the Compliance Manager.
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager on compliance-related projects as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in compliance auditing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ESFA funding streams and associated regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective in managing workload and working remotely.
