Our team provides support in finance related questions to the Downstream division of MOL Group, which generates approx. USD 1bn EBITDA per year, has business activities in 12 countries, & its annual sales are amounted to 20 million tons of refined and petrochemical products.
Currently we are looking for a
Group Downstream Finance Business Partner
in Group Downstream Finance Performance Management team.
The scope of the role will be contributing to the implementation of MOL Group’s largest division’s (Downstream) strategy and profitability by applying and managing existing financial processes and thus supporting strategic and operative decision making of Downstream and Finance Group managers.
Main tasks
Contribute to the preparation and coordination of the DS-level regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) financial reporting and high-impact DS case studies Contribute to any ad-hoc financial analysis or data supply for the Downstream business and finance management Contribute to the preparation and coordination of the DS business planning and forecasting on Group Downstream level Contribute to the monitoring of Downstream’s efficiency and transformational projects Periodically review the following Downstream finance related methodologies, e.g.: Clean CCS EBITDA, external-internal financial analysis, overall value driver tree, DS settlement, ROACE, consolidation Participate in and lead local and cross-country projects, including report automation and ad-hoc analysis. Collaborate with finance and business colleagues from multiple countries
Requirements
Master’s or equivalent degree in economic science or business administration, or in business related technical areas Min 3-4 years of relevant professional experience User-level computer skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint Full command of English language (written and spoken) Knowledge of general controlling processes, experience in working in a large multinational organization Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines Agile, quick learner and diligent team player
