Group Downstream O2C Process Data Analyst

Your Role: As the Group Downstream O2C Process Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in our journey toward operational excellence. Your primary objective? To design, implement, and optimize analytical procedures, KPIs, and dashboards that illuminate inefficiencies and unlock opportunities within our O2C processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analyses of our processes, aligning strategic initiatives with our DS2025 Roadmap and MOL Group 2030 vision. Harness advanced technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and RPA to automate tasks and elevate our operations. Collaborate closely with colleagues in Process Discovery workshops, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Document processes meticulously, crafting clear requirements and technical designs to guide our efforts. Lead the development of performance reporting solutions and analytics tools that inform decision-making across the organization. Dive deep into data, collaborating with data engineers to ensure accuracy, validity, and relevance. Champion data quality and conduct root cause analyses to address underlying issues. Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and actionable insights that drive meaningful change. Integrate best practices and external benchmarks to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in data analysis and data visualization,

Knowledge of fundamental statistical analysis concepts and methods,

Process mapping and assessment and/or leading experience in customer service position with focus on process measurement, Strong internal/external customer focus, business mindset, structured and wider thinking,

Ability to plan and execute actions proactively, Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, SAP, MS Office/O365 knowledge, Driving license and active driving experience, experience with process mining tools is an advantage.
