Financial Analyst (FP&R) – Group Industrial Services & Ventures
The ideal candidate has experience in analyzing financial data and developing financial reporting processes, profit-focused reports for senior managers to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth of the respective companies/ business units. Additionally, this person should be proficient in data visualization and presentation
What would be the main focus?
The Business Partner is a key role in Finance working closely with the CFO’s and local controlling teams and management, representing the financial control of MOL Group. Providing business support to both directions, to local and to Group Management, with value-added analysis and reports about the respective companies/ business units
This means:
Managing and supervising the development of planning and forecasting processes, reporting and controlling tools for Group Industrial Services & Ventures Regularly review and align the processes and financial performance analysis methods in place with management expectations Preparation of monthly / quarterly / ad-hoc reports and forecasts of the respective companies/ business units in conformity with organizational management requirements Lead and actively participate in the preparation and constructively challenge the top-down, bottom-up business plans of the companies in focus Support the decision making of the Local Management and Group Management by specific deep dive analyses, proposals, and comprehensive solution alternatives Take part in the preparation and review of individual project proposals. Set up the cost-benefit evaluation methodology of projects, draw up economic calculations and post-implementation reviews of individual projects
Requirements:
Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, solution-oriented “can do” attitude, and committed to continuous improvement Structured thinking with attention to details and ability to meet priorities and deadlines Confident use of MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent 3-5 years’ work experience within finance/controlling Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance, management accounting are a plus
