GROUP MARKET SUPPLY SCHEDULER
based in Budapest
We are looking for an experienced scheduler, who is also keen on reports, data management and visualization. Key task is to take part in motor fuel supply of MOL subsidiaries in Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. The team handles the monthly planning, inventory management, supply scheduling, monitoring of execution and managing deviations to the plan, in line with MOL Group optimization guidelines. Besides the operational tasks, focus needs to be on data management, our next colleague creates, operates, and handles various reports and business analytics on order to help monitor our daily operations as well as to help business decisions.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Helps to prepare monthly supply plan of motor fuels and JET fuel of MOL Group Subsidiaries in Serbia, Romania, Slovenia Optimizes, tracks, and intervenes into supply execution to ensure the highest benefit realization Creates daily, monthly reports and takes part of relevant daily decision-making forums Acts as first point of contact in daily supply related topics in the area of responsibility Supports Product Supply Planning and Scheduling team to improve and maintain our reporting pool and KPI set
Requirements
Higher education degree in Economics or Engineering Strong problem-solving skill
路 Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately
路 Fluent English and Hungarian
SCM/Logistics experience
路 Excellent command of Microsoft Power Bi, Excel, and other Office platforms
