We’re seeking a talented full-stack Growth Marketing Manager who can drive sustainable growth for our new products through innovative and engaging strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product Profit & Loss (P&L) to allocate resources effectively across various channels, optimizing for business goals and experimentation.Lead end-to-end testing of new marketing channels and ad products, from technical integration to success measurement.Collaborate with Product Managers to develop, prioritize, and execute growth experiments, optimizing marketing spend and conversion rates.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Performance Marketing to achieve shared goals.Continuously enhance messaging, creative assets, and channel strategies to improve user conversion rates.Plan and execute campaigns within budget constraints, ensuring efficiency targets are met.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:7+ years of B2C marketing experience, with a focus on Growth Marketing.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.Proven track record of driving growth through digital, direct mail, offline, and social channels.Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams.Strong project management and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven mindset with a flair for creativity.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and influence others effectively.Highly motivated with a results-oriented work ethic.What You’ll LoveCompetitive Compensation (base salary, bonus & equity)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with Health Savings Account contributions.401(k) with 100% company match up to $4,500 and immediate vesting, along with after-tax savings options.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).Life and disability insurance.Generous holiday, vacation, sick, and safety leave.Supportive parental, family care, and military leave programs.Annual wellness, technology & ergonomic reimbursement programs.Social activities including team events, all-company updates, and employee resource groups.Catered lunches, snacks, and beverages provided when working in offices.We believe in compensating our employees fairly, with anticipated base salaries ranging from $129,500 to $179,300 USD, depending on geographic location and individual qualifications.
