What kind of professional are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of experience in gamedev, particularly in promoting games through platforms like Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, ASA;

Knowledge and understanding of calculating mobile metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;

Understanding of how ad network auctions work;

Experience with ROAS campaigns;

Experience in budget management, reporting on results, and forecasting future business impact;

Conducting A/B tests for advertising campaigns;

Strong communication skills.
