In this role, you’ll oversee HR-IT operations and drive complex projects aimed at enhancing existing HR-IT systems across multiple units in the region.
Main responsibilities:
- Application Specialist: Dive into various IT applications, including SAP HR-Core, COMPAS, HR-Global, Talent Hub, and e-File.
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Evaluate customer needs and explore possibilities for implementing changes. You’ll be the bridge between technology and HR, ensuring seamless solutions.
- Project Management: Take charge of complex projects. Prioritize tasks, assess risks, set milestones, and monitor development.
- Coordination and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Coordinate testing efforts and provide insightful reports on application performance.
- External Collaboration: Interact with third-party experts, including external SAP consultants. Your communication skills will be essential in driving successful partnerships.
- Process Optimization: Initiate improvements within our systems and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Be a champion of innovation. Continuously enhance the solutions we implement, keeping us at the forefront of HR technology.
Required skills:
- Fluency in English
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Ideally, 3-4 years of working experience in HRIS
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solution skills
