Our partner company is a global, family-owned German company that develops market-leading solutions for the solar and automotive industries. They currently professionalizing its international HR function, especially by digitalizing processes and strategically implementing IT support tools.
Some parts of the HR systems are already fit for the future, other parts are currently under transformation and some parts still have to start this journey. You are willing to actively contribute in this important program. For that role we are looking for an IT Payroll Specialist.
- Support the HR IT team by working on operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems
- Ensure operational KPI’s are achieved in these fields
- Documentation of HR business processes for frequently asked questions and KOSTAL’s technical knowledge database
- Support routine system maintenance with testing
- Work on HR project tasks as and when required
- Support the digital improvement journey of companies international HR organization
Requirements
- At least 2 year work experience as an HR IT Business Partner or HR IT Specialist (application management) role
- Knowledge in at least 3 – 4 HR-IT processes (mainly Employee Master Data Management – DataCube, Interfacing, Connections to and from SAP)
- Experience in HR processes like Payroll, Organization Management and familiarity with the other ones
- Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPI-s)
- IT knowledge in SAP HR (HCM) module
- Fluent in English and in Hungarian
- Confident user of standard office applications
- Familiarity with ABAP / C++ / Python is an advantage
- HR related application knowledge (like: Cornerstone, SmartRecruiters) is an advantage
- Highly motivated individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems
- Good time management (Ability to plan, manage and delegate)
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
