HR IT Systems and Projects Expert (Successfactors OR Taleo OR MS Power Tools)
As a single point of reference for Digital HR and Employee Experience, the HR IT Systems and Projects Expert ensures consistent solutions on the group level and connects them with local needs while elaborating and optimizing the HR processes and integrated systems in line with HR strategy.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Collect, analyse and integrate needs from groupwide HR departments in terms of employee experience improvement and digital transformation Implement digital solutions to simplify, automate and accelerate HR processes Analyse the use of existing HR tools and propose new solutions to current HR and business needs Develop and implement change management strategy to increase the adoption rate of Digital HR tools utilization (guides, roadshows, e-learning etc). Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and external providers Map international trends in terms of Digital HR / Employee experience. Propose developments and find System synergies in the existing systems. Share knowledge inside the HR community on Digital HR
Skills:
College or University degree ideally in HR or IT related field OR relevant experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience English speaking proficiency (both spoken and written) Knowledge with HR Cloud Systems OR SuccessFactors OR Taleo OR MS Power Tools (BI, Apps, Automate) Experience in process and/or quality management Familiar with HR processes, employee lifecycle and project management Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills Exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
