The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job:

 

Responsible for leading the global “HR DataCube” project, ensuring proper data & process management of the global SAP HCM system and its local satellites. Continuously striving for process optimization and enhanced user experience, being an essential part of the global HR digitalization competence center.

 

 

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities :

  • Leading the global HR Master Data project, currently based on SAP HCM (HR DataCube), connected with several local SAP and non-SAP instances.
  • Ensuring operation and continuous improvement of corporate Master Data management (HR DataCube) as a member of the HR digitization competence center
  • Ensuring operation and enhancing user experience for the local HR system in Hungary; managing the interface to local payroll provider
  • Continuously striving for an enhanced data quality providing reliable data to KOSTAL’s key applications
  • Manage the analysis, design and implementation of digital HR processes related to Master Data Management
  • Coordination and qualification of our global HR key user community and fostering an active practice sharing and learning transfer
  • Planning and executing (international) HRIS projects, covering also the responsibility for the whole project or sub projects
  • Ensuring continuous application monitoring and analysis as well as release management for HR master data applications
  • Plan and manage HR Master Data projects and budget

 

 

Qualifications

Experiences and requirements:

 

Education:

  • College or University degree – preferably in the field of Information Science, HR or Economics
  • Work experiences – time/seniority/ sector:

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in HR information system (HRIS)
  • Leading projects and teams in a virtual global organization
  • Preferably acting as a solid team player in a global organization
  • Process thinking and Change management experience is a plus

 

Technical/ IT knowledge:

  • Strong SAP HCM knowledge (PA, OM)
  • Solid process design and optimization skills
  • Project management skills are a must
  • Solid MS office skills

 

Language – with level

  • Fluent English
  • Other languages as per role requirement
