We are searching for a Specialist responsible for the implementation of global reorganization projects.
Job Description
- Implementation of worldwide reorganization projects in our SAP HR system as part of the HR Service Hub
- Maintenance of organizational structure in our globally used HR COMPAS system.
- Control and maintenance of location specific system settings
- Creation, modification, and delimitation of positions in the specific local HR systems.
- Continuous alignment with HR Business Partners
- Close cooperation with colleagues, project leaders, group leader working on the specific reorganization project
Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?
- Background : You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related areas
- Experience : You are proficient and confident using MS office tools, and SAP HCM, high degree of IT affinity, experience in HR administration (mostly in organizational management) is an advantage
- Personality : You have a positive, open mindset and you are a team player, who is not afraid of unexpected situations
- Working practice : You are structured, independent, flexible, proactive, solution- and customer-oriented
- Languages : advanced English knowledge
