Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Senior Business Data Analyst to serve as an Enterprise Data Steward supporting one of our largest clients in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Requirements : Must have experience working with junior data analysts and assisting with their development. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience working in an enterprise environment with business intelligence. Strong background working with larger structured and unstructured data sets. Extensive experience working with SQL, Python, and Data Management Onsite 2-3 days per week in Richmond, VA (Local candidates HIGHLY preferred) Desired : Master Data Management background Responsibilities : This is a senior position, and the person would be expected to act as a SME in a business-facing capacity overseeing the workforce domain. Working in a highly collaborative environment where relationship building is key. Training the business to take ownership of the data, with IT as the custodian. Understanding terminology and having the ability to genericize it, enabling all to understand.
