POSITION SUMMARY

Seek Now Inc is looking for a customer service that will be primarily focused on our prepaid customer accounts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all inspections scheduled for these independent adjusters have payment arrangements made prior to completion. This will involve the tracking of incoming claim activity. Communication with customer and internal teams will be key.

Position will also be expected to support customer questions from incoming calls, voicemails, and emails.

Essential Functions & Duties :

  • Understanding of Seek Now services and pricing
  • Scheduling inspections through proprietary system
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from adjusters, customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to switch between tasks effectively
  • Skilled in organization and prioritization
  • Skilled in using computers
  • Ability to be a self-starter and a quick learner
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful, busy environment
  • Ability to quickly adjust to updates and changes in standards, role requirements, and customer expectations

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience and exposure to billing
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Position Type and Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • 9 AM-6 PM EST OR 10 AM-7 PM EST
  • Must have full weekend availability on a rotating basis
  • 0% of travel time expected
