Who You Are You are a self motivated and wickedly talented Information Security Analyst ready to serve as the foundation to our quickly evolving IT/Cybersecurity department. We are currently on a journey to implement a plethora of security, privacy and compliance controls in the scaling crypto industry and you will be the key member in supporting this initiative. What You’ll Do Evaluate existing security controls and ensure compliance with targeted security and privacy frameworks Record, monitor, remediate, and report on any possible security incidents Design and lead organized process to complete external security questionnaires in a times and organized manner Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed our security standards Implement control enhancement to enhance our security posture Conduct periodic user access reviews for low to high risk applications and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices Conduct phishing tests and manage cybersecurity training exercises for the broader team Identify automation opportunities to improve capabilities Perform vendor risk assessments Demonstrate proficiency in vulnerability management Occasionally support US Staff with IT admin tasks as needed Communicate weekly updates and collaborate with global counterparts Skills & Experience Have 2+ years of experience in a security analyst role Experience working in a security role, handling vulnerability management, incident response, IT operations support, asset management, device setup / hardening, configuration review Self-organized, driven, and results focused with strong desire to drive cross functional efforts Knowledge of security standards such as NIST CSF, CRI Profile, ISO 27001, FFIEC, CIS Standards, Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including external security experts Skilled to work with spreadsheets and presentations Learning mindset, ability to undertake and adapt to new requirements Nice to Have Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Experience with Azure Cloud Security, Mac OS, Jira, JAMF, Tenable Familiarity with programming and/or scripting Why Join Us?
